New challenge from Persimon Dreams this week, sky colours. From my window I can watch the sky change its colours all the time. It's beautiful, and I can never get tired of watching. So I was inspired to make this quilt from my scraps.
My little quilt is 7" x 11". Enjoy.

I've enjoyed seeing what you are creating for this challenge. All wonderful! Sadly here we cannot see beautiful sunsets or sunrises such as the one you created because of our tall trees.
ReplyDeleteSo beautiful! Your colors are perfect.

ReplyDeleteAll those curvy pieces came together in a glorious little quilt, Turid! Congrats on finishing it up by the deadline.
ReplyDeleteWhen you shared your earlier in progress version I knew this would be lovely! The finished version does not disappoint. You've really captured the loveliness of a gorgeous sunset. Thanks for sharing on my weekly show and tell, Wednesday Wait Loss.

This is stunning! Love it and great use of scraps ;)
ReplyDeleteI love this. The sky is so interesting and of course, you have that little touch of blue! We do get the red sunsets here in Maine, too, and I love it.
