Part 7 of Bonnie Hunter Mystery was new blocks. She called them Kitty Ears, and I can understand that. They were fun and easy to make. Here I've also tried to compose a block. I'm waiting for the reveal soon.

Lupine & Laughter - part 4
The worst blocks I could have, but it's part 4 of Bonnie Hunter's Mystery, so I have to make them. After some trouble, I will say they are coming along quite well. But certainly I had to do the mistake Bonnie told us not to do. Anyone else? The little mouse is watching.

Lupine & Laughter - part 3
Clue three for Bonnie Hunter's Mystery is HSTs. The HSTs are different sizes and different colour combos. After some wrong cutting I found the right combos and made a bunch this week. I love chain piecing the blocks after all is cut. This is how long I came this week.
So fun to try to make some blocks too. Always different from what Bonnie reveals at the end.Linked up to:

Lupine & Laughter - part 2
Every week I sew as many blocks I can for this mystery from Bonnie Hunter. This was a fun one, and I've never done flying geese easier. Bonnie's measurement is perfect. Here you can see the two first parts together, as long as I've come. Waiting for tomorrow.

Lupine & Laughter - part 1
Every year in November there's a mystery quilt from Bonnie Hunter, running until the end of January. Clue 1 was released a week ago, and of course I had to try. Every week I make some of the blocks, and then I decide how big I can make the quilt when all the clues are released. As we've got plenty of lupines here where I live, I'm quite familiar with the colours. And as always I make it scrappy.
Here are my first blocks, and the pile I made the first week. Now on to the next clue from yesterday. Visit Bonnie's blog to find all about the mystery. It's so fun, and you learn so much.
