City Sampler - squares

 I've almost forget about my blog these days. But here's a new post, at last. I'm still making one Tula Pink block every week. I haven't got the original fabrics, so I have to find my own way through this book. The coffee block will hopefully work well. 

Finished block 85 this week. And with that all the square blocks are finished. Here are pictures of some of them, and all together.

For lenge siden startet jeg på disse blokkene til City sampler av Tula Pink. Jeg stoppet på 40, og der lå de i en kasse. Nå har jeg tatt fram kassen igjen og gått litt videre. Kjekt.

Long time ago I started these blocks for City sampler by Tula Pink. I stopped at 40, and put them in a box. Now I've found the box and have made some new blocks. So fun.

Kjekt å ha dette prosjektet å ty til innimellom. Sakte, men sikkert vokser bunken med blokker. Her ser dere alle så langt, nummer 1 til 40 fra Tula Pink sin bok.

I'm happy to have this project for a variation from all my hexagons. Very slowly the pile of blocks is growing. Here you can see all the forty first blocks from Tula Pink's book.

Elin har inspirert meg til å ta fram dette prosjektet igjen. I dag har jeg sydd to nye blokker, den siste med rektangler og den første i serien med trekanter. Begge blokkene fra Tula Pink sin bok.

Elin inspired me to dig up this project again. Today I made two new blocks, the last one with rectangles and the first in the series of triangles. Both blocks from Tula Pink's book City Sampler.

Det er kjekt sy disse blokkene, men jeg får ikke tid til mer enn et par for uka. Jeg har ikke noen umiddelbare planer om å få dette ferdig med det aller første. Jeg har også hatt trekning i min lille giveaway. Se nedenfor for mer informasjon om hvem som har vunnet.

These blocks are fun to sew, but two every week is what I can find time for. Sunday evening I draw two winners in my little giveaway. You can see who won later in this blogpost.
