It must have wings

Fly away
On Art Journal Journey this month the theme from Erika is Spring Birds. I found a little bird, and you can see it's spring when the little girl is playing outdoors. The flowers are blooming, also here. It's a wonderful time.

When we were young
I can remember when I was young all the mothers in the neighborhood stayed at home. Even if our own mother was out of the house for a while, we could go to whatever house with an adult to get a slice of bread or something to drink, or just to talk or play. We were as a big family. Such a safe world. I don't think it's like that any longer, even in Norway.
This is how I remember my mother or neighbors waiting for us after school. Thank you Chris for this challenge on Art Journal Journey.
