If you need something new for your kitchen, this blog hop must be perfect for you. It's hosted by Carla on her blog Creatin' in the Sticks, I'm so happy to have the chance to start the ball. You will find new ideas every day for almost a week from all my fellow participants.
The first I made were these pot holders. I love scraps, and could use some of them here. And I'm pretty happy with how they came out. Size: 7 1/4"x10 1/4".
Here are more pictures of these beautiful pot holders. I think I'm in love with them already.
I planned to make a runner to go with the pot holders. But as I already had fallen in love with them, I changed my plan, and tried them with another colour. And the weather has given me possibilities to take them out of the kitchen for a photo shoot.
The last thing I made for this hop was a new hanging kitchen towel. So easy to make and so useful to have in my kitchen.
Be sure to visit my fellow hoppers today to find lots of great ideas for your kitchen. You'll find the entire list of hoppers at Carla's blog here. Thank you Carla for this nice blog hop.
I always make a new pincushion for the blog hops. This time I made two, so here they are. Pincushions in the kitchen? Oh yes, I keep pincushions in every room in my house.
