Blue inspiration

I'm working with elements of art quilting. I have a long way to go, but it's so fun to let yourself be inspired by a person or a colour. I had some nice blue scraps, so small I couldn't use them for anything else.

I'm still inspired by the challenge from Art Journal Journey this month, that is "Inspired by..". This is my second try this month, and you can see my first one here. I will need so much more practice, but for now, this is where I am.

  2. I love this little quilt. The blue is a nice inspiration, and so pretty. That little fish at the bottom right is a perfect little surprise in terms of viewing. Thanks so much for joining us at Art Journal Journey, and I hope you make another little quilt and share it with us again soon. Hugs-Erika

  4. This is so fun, Turid! I like that fish at the bottom coming into your collage like he didn’t want you to forget him. You have a good talent for a fabric journal.

  13. I always LOVE it when I see a journal page made using fabric. This collage is beautiful. I love the fish, the little under sea flowers, and the shells you added. It's also a perfect addition for Art Journal Journey honoring Eileen's theme. Thank you so much for joining us again.
