I've wanted to sew improv fish for a long time. When I saw this challenge from @quiltsfromtheattic I had to jump in. I'm planning to sew one fish every day for a period. Here is my fabric pull and my three first fish blocks.

I did Nicholas' class and IG tutorial in the past. He is a great teacher and I love my shoal quilt! I also used similar pretty blues for the background! Nice job and good luck!
