It's been a while since I made an art quilt page for Art Journal Journey. This month the theme is "anything goes", so I hope this will do. I made a page with a little kawandi. This little piece hides a card of a beautiful quilt made of a talented quilter in Bergen. This is the last page in my new little art journal.

DeleteIt definitely works and is a real beauty. I love the hand stitching and how the fabric images just sneak through it. Thanks so much for joining Valerie's challenge at AJJ. And I'm glad you shared this. hugs-Erika
ReplyDeleteEvery time I see your name, I get excited, Turid. I know I'm going to see an art journal made with fabric. What a stunning surprise I got as I watched this unfold. I am so in awe of your hand stitching. So precise and so well done. I love the collage of different fabrics. Even the back is precise and beautifully backed. This is a wonderful entry, a great surprise, and an absolutely perfect addition to Valerie's theme at Art Journal Journey.
