Today this bird came flying right to me from the US. He had been on his wings for many weeks, and was quite exhausted when he landed on my veranda.

I tried to catch him, but just got hold of some of his tail feathers, where I also could read a message.

He landed in a tree, and was impossible to get hold of.

I tried to open the door, but he found the Christmas wreath hanging outside.

Rett innenfor døra traff han denne nissekona. Det så ut som de to hadde mye å snakke om.
Just inside the door he met Mrs. Goblin. It seemed like they had a lot to talk about.

He then found my sewing area, and stood by a little owl for a while.

Han måtte også inspisere symaskinen min.
He also had to inspect my sewing machine.

He found another owl. I think he felt a relationship to this owl, because he too had come from the US a while ago, from Bea.

At last he found a place on this picture. He found some nice buttons to study. And he is still sitting there.

Tusen takk Lee Anna for denne flotte nåleputen.
Thank you Lee Anna for this super cute pincushion. He's never ever going to get a pin in his body.

Koselig historie.
