Project Quilting 12-2

The second challenge from Persimon Dreams was fussy cutting. That was my chance to do some hexagons. After joining all hexies needed, I appliqued them to a background and made this beautiful hot pad. Size 7"x11". My Crazybird is always wondering what's going on.

  3. Good job on the hexies. I'm a hexie person too. And when you said, "Crazybird", and before I scrolled down, I thought that was your pet name for your spouse. ;}}}

  10. What cute fussy cuts for your hexies and they make for a fun hot pad. Crazybird keeps all your tools organized and handy so he wants to see what they get used for. It looks like he approves of your sewing creativity.
