Whimsical and wonky with Island Batik

Last finish this year is my whimsical and wonky Island Batik project. I had another project, but didn't manage to finish it as I wanted. Have to change something, and I'll show you next year.



I used double Hobbs batting inside, and Aurifil brown thread for the applique in this hot pad.
All materials in this project is given me by Island Batik.

  3. Den var kjempefin! Jeg tenkte det var en liten quilt å henge på veggen, men det er jo kjekt at et gryteunderlag er så fint. :-)

  4. This hot pad is such fun! When it isn’t protecting the table surface from the heat, it would be so cute hanging out decorating the kitchen. I love batiks. Happy New Year!
