Litt forskjellig

Denne uken har temaet i sekskantutfordringen vært gamle stoffer, gjerne fra 30-tallet. Jeg har benyttet anledningen til også å vise noen av mine gamle knappeskatter. Flere bilder finner du her.

This week the hexie challenge was themed 30's prints. I also had some beautiful old buttons to show with the hexagons. You can find all the pictures of the week here.



Jeg har også funnet fram et gammelt sekskantarbeid og prøvd å finne noe å bruke det til. Jeg har noen idéer, men tar gjerne imot flere.

I also found an old hexagon project, and I tried to find something to use it for. Have you got fun ideas to give me for this one?


Så har jeg quiltet videre på min La Passion, og prøvepakket for å ta den med på tur. Kjekt med vacumposer, ellers hadde jeg aldri fått dette teppet ned i bagen.

I do handquilting on my La Passion every day. And then I have tried to get the whole quilt into this bag to bring it with me. Luckily I found a vacuum bag, else I would never have got it into the bag.

  1. Pretty fabric in your hexie! I once made a candle mat out of a lone hexie flower, but then your beautiful embroidery would be covered....
    I wonder if you would like to applique it to make a pillow? Whatever you chose to do, it'll be lovely!

  4. Jag såg på 100hexies...…. (sewfoxymama) en idé om att sy muggmatta av hexagoner eller sy fast dem på en tygpåse!
