La Passion - 14 800 hexagons

Next hundred, and I have to hurry up. I can see the finish of this top soon. There were some light snowflakes falling when I took my hexies outside, and I found it so cool to look at those beautiful shapes. The pattern for La Passion is made by Grit Kovacs, and you can see her finished version here.

Neste hundre, og her er det bare å stå på. Selv om jeg har mange sekskanter igjen, ser jeg en ferdig topp i nær framtid. Lett snøfall ute viste meg nydelige fasonger på snøfnuggene da de falt på det mørke stoffet. Mønsteret er laget av Grit Kovacs, og her ser du hennes ferdige teppe.

    Wow! An actual snowflake! That is beautiful. We had a very light snow here one day last winter, and I wanted to try to photograph one, but they were melting before they landed on anything.
    Your beautiful hexie snowflake looks great on your beautiful hexie quilt.

    This is quilt is just incredible, and I give you lots of respect for working with all of those pieces. The snow does look really pretty on it!
