I'm trying to use my selvages, and suddenly I found this at Quilty Habit and Quilts of a Feather.
So just follow the link and jump on to have som fun.
I was supposed to show how I store my selvages, and here it is. I put them in a plastic bag every time I clean up my sewing table. All the plastic bags I put in a bigger one. Have to use more of them soon, and this will be just the right time to do it.
I make pincushions and potholders from my selvages. Please enjoy some pictures showing the way I work and some finished things. You may see more here.
Kanskje det er flere som vil følge disse sidene for å få andre idéer å bruke jarekanter til. Følg linkene øverst i innlegget, og bli med. Her har jeg forsøkt å vise hvordan jeg samler jarekanter og hva jeg bruker dem til.
Linked up to Selvage Along linky party and Show and Tell Monday with Bambi.
After seeing these I will no longer snip and just rip the actual selvedge off of my fabrics--oops!! these projects are lovely...thanks for the links, too hugs, Julierose
