Blå drøm

En litt ufrivillig pause her på bloggen har det blitt. Har ligget i feberfantasier mange dager, og da dukket igjen min blå drøm opp. Nå har den endelig fått lukkekant, og er klar for overlevering til en tålmodig ung herremann som har ventet lenge. Dette prosjektet startet som en utfordring fra Pat Sloan. Du kan lese mer om prosessen her og her.

Teppet måler 155x205 cm, og er quiltet av Sølvi på Sølvis Quiltestudio.



































































An unplanned pause on my blog happened because I was on holiday and got ill. I got plenty of time thinking of finishing this quilt. I'm feeling well now, today I made the binding, and it's now ready to handle over to a young man who's been waiting for it for a long time. This project started as a challenge from Pat Sloan. This quilt measures 155x205 cm, and is quilted by Sølvi at Sølvis Quiltestudio.

    The blues and grey conrerstones remind me of an ocean beach so the pictures are perfect!! Love this pattern too!
