Last challenge this year for Project Quilting from Persimon Dreams. Flying geese is something I seldom do. But I had a nice evening making my 8 geese. Then I had to find out what to use them for. I had a customer wishing for a little table topper, so here it is. Spring is in the air.

Yes, Spring is in the air...finally. But we have more cold days still than Spring-like days. I have already heard geese flying overhead, returning from their Winter respite. It’s a perfect time of year to sew some flying geese into a garden of tulips. A very good idea.
