Selv om jeg ikke akkurat feirer halloween, så var det gøy å sy et gresskar.

Nåleputer

En måned siden siste post om nåleputer. Så da var det på tide med et nytt. Har sydd den første og fått den andre gjennom Beas swap. Besøk gjerne Bea og få nye idéer.

Sleeping stars

Back in June I took part in a challenge from Curated Quilts to make a miniquilt. The theme was stars, and I designed a quilt with three stars. In July I got a mail from Curated Quilts that I was accepted to be in their magazine. I had to send my quilt to the US.

Last week I got my quilt back again, with the newest Curated Quilts. I can recommend the magazine and their challenges four times a year. All fabrics used for this quilt are batiks from Island Batik. I love those fabrics.

Mini La Passion

A small progress on my mini La Passion the last weeks. I try to make small bits to join. Now the snowflake is done, and I'm trying to close the big hexagons. Pattern by Grit Kovacs. The hexies are 1/4".

Litt framgang på min lille La Passion har det blitt siste ukene. Det ser ut som et snøflak, og nå skal jeg lukke de store sekskantene også. Mønsteret er laget av Grit Kovacs, og sekskantene er 1/4".
